In Service Saturdays - Earn several in-service hours on one Saturday

For your convenience, we are now offering Childcare In-service Saturdays. The workshop will be held at The Milwaukee Enterprise Center. During the workshop we will offer one and two hour workshops to assist our child care providers and staff the meet the state and county required in service hours. Make sure you attend there In Service Saturdays.

In-Service Saturday Workshops:

• Earn 1, 2, or 3 in service hours: This is an opportunity to earn several in-service hours on a Saturday, and purchase addition materials to complete in the comfort of your home. We have over 20 childcare courses to choose from. Each course is developed to help you meet your childcare training needs.

• CDA/DAP trainings: available as a take home lesson plan. Developmentally Appropriate Practices (DAP) classes and provide assistance to providers seeking their (CDA) Childcare Development Associate (CDA) credential.

Monthly “Make & Take" Creative Activities Workshop: provides “Developmentally Appropriates Practice” (DAP) activities and introduces the Wisconsin Model Early Learning Standards. The workshop will include tips on how to develop lesson plans, and personalize your curriculum to create an intentional learning experience for each child in your center. The activity will include ideas for working with infants, toddlers and school age children.

Make & Take” Activities is now available on CD! This CD will help you assist child with school readiness skills, Use Critical learning opportunities, Teach Sensory skills, Learn age appropriate activities, Create hands-on activities, rainy day activities, Lesson Plans/Learning Centers Developmentally Appropriate Practice activities, how to read to children and so much more!
